Bayview Trail - Phase 0.5
Project Description
This project will construct approximately 4.7 miles of paved multi-use trail as part of Bayview Trail Phase 0.5. The trail will extend connectivity between Lake Stevens and Marysville and align with Marysville’s existing Bayview Trailhead at 64th St NE. The project is intended to expand opportunities for walking, rolling, and other outdoor recreation while improving regional connections between the two communities.
Background
Bayview Trail Phase 0.5 is a joint effort between the City of Lake Stevens and the City of Marysville to continue development of a connected multi-use trail system. The project supports both cities’ shared goal of improving outdoor recreation opportunities, encouraging active transportation, and strengthening community connectivity.
Phase 0 of the project was completed, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in January 2025. For more information on that phase, visit the Bayview Trail Phase 0 project page.

This phase will continue progress toward a broader trail connection between the two cities and reflects the ongoing partnership between Lake Stevens and Marysville to deliver each section of the trail.
