Signage will be placed along the shoreline at private docks and property July 27th. Public beaches will have notification signs posted the morning of July 28th. The focus of this work will be for the control of Noxious species Eurasian Milfoil, and Curly leaf Pondweed. Under this plan Nuisance plants will also be targeted in areas with dense growth and near public beaches. Treatment areas have also been reduced based on a recent lake survey, which showed a decrease in plant density compared to the May survey. Please see the included map showing the proposed areas. There are a 24-hour swimming precaution and a 48-hour irrigation precaution on the Lake following the treatment.
