Phase 1 — Gathering Contacts:
In this first phase, we are collecting up-to-date contact information for HOAs and private development contacts responsible for maintaining stormwater facilities.
👉 If you manage or represent a development or HOA, please take a moment to submit your contact details. Accurate contact info helps us share important inspection results and maintenance resources in the future.

Phase 2 — Facility Health Transparency:
Once inspections of stormwater facilities are complete, we will update this page with facility health statuses—showing whether a facility is functioning as designed, in need of maintenance, or requiring further attention.
Our goal is to give property managers and community members clear, actionable information about the health of their stormwater infrastructure.

What does stormwater facility maintenance really look like?

It’s more than mowing grass or clearing debris — maintaining a stormwater facility involves keeping an entire system working as designed to manage runoff and protect our local waterways.

From inspecting ponds and swales to checking pipes and outfalls, to removing sediment build-up and making sure vegetation is healthy — this work helps reduce flooding, prevent pollution, and keep streams and lakes clean.

Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing more about the inspection process and tips for keeping your facility in top shape!
