As the city continues to grow, so does the need for enhanced infrastructure to support our thriving community. That’s why we are turning our attention to the 131st Avenue, with approximately 2,000 LF of sanitary sewer main improvement from 2105 131st Avenue NE to the intersection of Old Hartford Road, and extending across city property from 131st Avenue NE to North Machias Road. Roadway improvements that incorporate a multiuse path along the west side of the roadway along the same avenue are also on the agenda, dependent on funding.
This initiative is more than just an infrastructure upgrade, it’s also an opportunity to create a safer, more accessible Lake Stevens for all. Ensuring we address practical requirements while meeting community needs is paramount, and to do that effectively we need you. Your input will inform our decision-making, ensuring this project leads to a more cohesive, secure, and functional neighborhood we can all be proud of.
