自2026年10月8日（星期四）上午7:00左右起，哈特福德大道将禁止车辆通行。当地居民可从靠近81号消防站的道路西端进出。凯瑟琳溪附近的路段将放置勘测设备，行人和自行车需绕行。车辆绕行路线将另行设置指示牌。
