LAPD West Los Angeles Community Station

The Los Angeles Police Department’s West Los Angeles Division is committed to building meaningful partnerships, enhancing neighborhood safety, and promoting transparency across some of the city’s most diverse and influential communities. Serving a wide array of residential, commercial, and educational neighborhoods, the West Los Angeles Community Police Station plays a vital role in maintaining safety and fostering trust throughout the Westside.

West Los Angeles Division proudly serves the following communities: Bel-Air, Beverlywood, Century City, Cheviot Hills, Pacific Palisades, Rancho Park, Sawtelle, West Los Angeles, and Westwood.

Operating under LAPD’s West Bureau, the division is staffed by approximately 300 sworn and civilian personnel. Our team works hand-in-hand with local residents, neighborhood councils, business leaders, and academic institutions to align policing strategies with the community’s evolving needs and values.

To continue improving our outreach and service, we invite you to participate in our Resident Engagement Survey. This short, anonymous questionnaire allows us to better understand your concerns, improve trust, and guide the work we do at the station level.

Your voice matters. Help us strengthen public safety and community trust across West Los Angeles.
