The Los Angeles Police Department’s Northeast Division is dedicated to building strong community partnerships and ensuring the safety of residents across Northeast Los Angeles. As part of the LAPD’s Central Bureau, Northeast Division plays a pivotal role in serving diverse neighborhoods with a focus on transparency and collaboration.

Northeast Division proudly serves the following communities:
Atwater Village, Cypress Park, Eagle Rock, East Hollywood, Echo Park, Elysian Park, Elysian Valley, Franklin Hills, Garvanza, Glassell Park, Highland Park, Los Feliz, Mount Washington, Silver Lake, and Solano Canyon.

Covering approximately 29 square miles and serving a population of about 250,000 residents, Northeast Division is staffed by a dedicated team of officers committed to proactive policing and community engagement. Our officers work closely with local stakeholders to address public safety concerns and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
