Introduction
This summer, the City of Lebanon resurfaced 19 streets, covering nearly 3.4 miles of pavement across Wards 1, 2, and 3. Streets were selected using the City's Street Inspection Program — a data-driven process combining field inspections, traffic counts, and PAVER pavement management software that objectively evaluates every street in the city. This approach ensures road maintenance dollars go where they're needed most and helps Lebanon stay ahead of more costly repairs over time. This project was made possible by the half-cent Transportation Sales Tax.
