Local Centre Spaces
Improvements to the central Holbeck Moor park above and other nearby greenspaces based on previous local ideas and feedback provided by the community. Watch this space for the outline project proposals shortly.
Local Centre Streets
There will be major improvements to the local centre junction and along Domestic Street, St Matthews Street and Top Moor side. This will include wider pavements, new public realm and greenery and traffic calming measures and speed reductions.
We will be engaging with the residents, businesses and local community on these proposals shortly.
Local Centre Connectivity
We will be looking at improvements to the key routes through Holbeck to Elland Road and the city centre to make them greener, legible, animated, playful and safer for all.
