Brand new Bruntcliffe pocket park works have commenced!

A new greenspace is in the process of being created at Brunswick Street as part of the significant Greener and Connected Morley Town Deal funding investment.

Construction works started in early October to create a brand-new pocket park located between Brunswick Street and Bruntcliffe Lane (known as the Morley Hole). Please see the latest designs below as well as linked here.

The new pocket park will include the introduction of a new timber play area, improved footpaths, new wildflower and bulb planting and new seating.

The works are expected to be completed by December 2025.

The next greenspace that will soon start construction works is Cottingley Multi-Use Games Area in November 2025 followed by Scarth Gardens in early 2026.
