Have you ever been in rent arrears or struggled to pay your rent?

We know some tenants, at times in their tenancy, may struggle to pay their rent and fall into arrears. We also know that the cost-of-living has put additional pressures on many households. 

To ensure we give the right support and assistance to any tenants struggling with their rent, and do this in a fair and consistent way, we're asking for your feedback by taking part in our approach to dealing with rent arrears survey by 17 March 2025.
