Kingsdale Court Pre-Planning Consultation

Leeds City Council is planning to submit a planning application to build a new council homes on the former Kingsdale Court site in Seacroft.

The proposal will help to deliver much needed affordable housing locally in Seacroft and will make good use of a previously developed (brownfield) site. 

Before submitting the application, we want to hear from local residents. This consultation gives the community the chance to learn more about the proposals and to share their views. This will allow us to take these into account before the planning application is submitted.

Local Ward Members have been also been consulted on the scheme.
