What is this topic about?
In order to help tackle climate change, and support the transition to a low carbon future, we are going to need to make changes to the way that new buildings are constructed and increase the amount of energy from renewable sources.
We want to hear your views about how we should be planning to reduce carbon emissions, including the approach to assessing the carbon impact of developments, reducing the amount of energy new buildings use, the standards developments are built to, the approach to heat networks and renewable energy generation.
