In case you missed it, we've recently launched our Service Standards webpage, which explains the level of service you can expect from us and how we'll work to deliver it. We've also launched our Performance webpage, where you can see how we're performing against these standards. 

We'll be contacting residents who have already expressed an interest in this topic to gather feedback on both pages. This will help us ensure they are as useful, relevant and tenant-friendly as possible.
