A liveable neighbourhood
New homes catering for local demand and different needs
Elland Road Neighbourhood
A liveable neighbourhood
Elland Road will be a liveable neighbourhood, capitalising on its location as a gateway into Leeds city centre.
A new Elland Road neighbourhood could support high-density and mid-density homes with a range of bedrooms to accommodate different needs. The development will feature new public realm and gardens, complementing the surrounding communities and the stadium, and integrated with the existing local neighbourhood. These homes would cater for local demand including affordable housing.
There is continued demand for new homes across the city and investment appetite for Elland Road is expected to be strong. Residential development would be supported by future tram links between the local area and the city centre.
Net zero and sustainability principles would be at the heart of development and delivery of new homes, including green roof and sustainable urban drainage solutions.
