What is this topic about?
The Plan will need to allocate a wide range of sites for development in order to meet needs up to 2042. It will also need to be clear about how its policies will be used when considering applications for development, and what infrastructure will need to come alongside the new homes and businesses spaces that are planned.
We want to hear your views about the overall approach to making allocation for development (including the approach to phasing and safeguarding land), implementing and delivering the plan, and planning for new or enhanced infrastructure.
