St Peter's Morley Community Centre open

St Peter’s Morley Community Centre recently opened its doors for a Community Open Day following significant investment from the Morley Town Deal to enhance and safeguard the Grade II listed property, said to be one of the oldest public buildings in Morley.

Attendees enjoyed games and activities for all ages, and were amongst the first people to take a look around the newly refurbished building, which will provide much improved and expanded facilities for community groups.

The centre will play host to the Morley Town Deal Board in July, following which there will be a guided tour of the other properties in the town that have benefited from investment from the Heritage Investment Fund. To book the centre please visit their website.
