Our Tenant Scrutiny Board’s latest report

The Tenant Scrutiny Board (TSB) have published their latest report into how we do home surveys (known previously as stock condition surveys). The review looked at what it’s like for tenants to have these surveys, the information we give and how well we explain why the surveys are done. Their report made 16 practical recommendations to help us improve this important part of our service – a massive thank you to the board for their work.
