Driving to Leeds Playhouse, Leeds Grand, and City Varieties using the city's ring road

If you are driving to Leeds Playhouse, Leeds Grand, or the City Varieties, from the south, east or west of the city, we would recommend using Junction 4 of the M621.

On leaving at Junction 4, follow the A61. Stay left to follow the A61 on to St Peter’s Street. At the roundabout, turn left into the multi-storey car park or onto Eastgate and follow signs for car parks.

If you are travelling from the A64(M) westbound: Leave the A64(M) onto Marsh Lane and follow it as it turns right at the traffic lights onto the A61 and then East Street. Follow East Street onto the A61 and then at the roundabout turn left into Victoria Gate’s multi-storey car park or onto Eastgate and then follow signs for car parks. 

• If you are travelling from the the A64(M) eastbound. Follow this along the A64(M) and A64 York Road before exiting onto Ivy Street roundabout. Take the fourth exit onto the A64 westbound towards the city centre, exiting onto Marsh Lane and follow it as it turns right at the traffic lights onto the A61 and then East Street. Follow East Street onto the A61 and then at the roundabout turn left into Victoria Gate’s multi-storey car park or onto Eastgate and then follow signs for car parks.
