Find out more about our plans to deliver improvements to the bus network between Bradford and Leeds
We have ambitious plans to deliver improvements to the bus network between Bradford and Leeds, through Stanningley, Bramley and Armley. We have completed two phases of consultation on our proposals during 2018, after which the plans were updated based on the feedback received, before the main construction work began in late October 2020. Our goal is to give people real travel choices by making bus services quicker and more reliable, whilst also making local journeys on foot and by bike convenient and attractive. If you wish to be kept up to date with the latest news and construction updates regarding this project please enter your email on the latest news page, linked at the top of this page. If you have any questions regarding the Connecting Leeds strategy please visit Leeds City Council website or contact the team via email connectingleeds@leeds.gov.uk or phone 0113 222 4407.
