New 'Learning from Complaints' page and 3 month round up!

Following a recommendation from the Tenant Scrutiny Board, we've recently created a new learning from complaints page. This helps us share more easily how we’re using complaints to make the service better. We’ll add more examples in the year ahead.

In case you missed it... in last week's email bulletin we also included our three month round up of Tenant Engagement team activity, giving examples of our work and how we’ve used your feedback to improve services. Please take a look and let us have any feedback.
