Growing Talent Morley is award winning!

The Morley Town Deal is proud that Growing Talent Morley was a part of Ahead Partnership’s Property Week ESG EDGE Award 2025 win last week, for excellence in community engagement and partnership.

Growing Talent Morley, operated by Ahead Partnership using funding from the Morley Town Deal, ran a collaborative programme of engagement with schools and young people to enhance awareness and interest in digital skills and careers linked to job opportunities in and around Morley. 

Evidenced by examples from the Growing Talent Morley programme, the judges praised Ahead Partnership for, “their inspiring initiative and empowering young people to take an active role in shaping their communities, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities that build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.”

The Growing Talent Morley programme launched in 2022 and has seen nearly 10,000 young people supported with the help of 285 volunteers across 76 different activities.
