The ‘spatial strategy’ of the Plan will set out the overall approach to where new homes, business spaces and other types of development take place across the Leeds District to meet needs up to 2042.
We want to hear your views about key parts of this strategy, including the overall approach to distributing new development, the role of different places as part of this, where there might be particular opportunities for new development and the approach to the Green Belt and Rural Land. As part of this, we are also seeking your views on how we can support and create complete, compact and connected places with good access to local services, and how many homes should be built on sites in different parts of the district.
