Leeds West Levelling up

Outline proposals

Round 2 of the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) has recently been launched and the Council will be submitting a bid for the Leeds West Constituency. We would like to engage further on outline project and bid ideas and this is an opportunity for you to have your say on our initial proposals for five community parks and Armley Town Street .

The Leeds West LUF bid proposal includes several parts:

1. Improvements to five existing community parks across Leeds West: Armley, Bramley Falls, Kirkstall, Stanningley, and Western Flatts.

The bid will also include better connections in and around the parks through new active travel infrastructure (walking and cycling links).

2. Improvements to Armley Town Street public realm, pedestrian, cycle and road infrastructure.

The detail on each of these proposals is shown on the separate pages.

Your views are important to help us shape the bid proposals, so please take this opportunity to provide us with your comments. A bid will then be submitted using your feedback.

Have your say and help shape the future of your community.
