About the project
Leeds Local Plan Scoping Consultation (Regulation 20)
Leeds City Council is preparing a new Local Plan to guide future development across the district up to 2043.
This early-stage consultation sought views on the broad topics the new Local Plan should cover, and how communities, organisations, businesses and stakeholders would like to be involved as the Plan progresses.
Thank you to everyone who took part. We are reviewing the comments received, and the feedback will help shape the next stages of plan preparation.
Consultation information and documents remain available on this website as a public record of the consultation process. Further updates on the Leeds Local Plan will be published as work progresses.
