Construction Schedule and Potential Start Date

The contractor, HRI Inc., has recently informed City staff that there is a long lead time in receiving manholes and inlets. This will now push their start date into 2023. Once they do receive the items, the contractor is to notify City staff and plan a start date. Still, construction should be completed by the May 5th deadline.
