The final two phases for the Hoberman Park project are under way! This work will be completed over the coming months, lasting until Septemeber. This part of the project includes the construction of a new basketball court, multipurpose court, walking path, restroom, parking, and more! We look forward to creating beautiful spaces like Hoberman Park throughout Lock Haven!
