Castanea Township Water Main Replacement on Mackey Avenue & McElhattan Avenue

The City of Lock Haven will be making improvements to their water main on Mackey Avenue an McElhattan Avenue in Castanea Township. Line improvements for Mackey Avenue will be from Keller Street to Grape Street. Line improvements for McElhattan Avenue will be from Keller Street to Quiggle Avenue. The improvements consist of new water main pipe, customer services, and curb boxes installed within the right-of-way.
