Mini-Holland is coming to Blackhorse Village

The Mini-Holland Programme will make improvements to many of the borough’s roads, and town centres, making them enjoyable places to live, work and travel around.
Your street and the surrounding area will receive funding to create a more enjoyable environment for residents living in the Blackhorse Village area, by improving the roads, public spaces and reducing traffic.
