2015 Multimodal Access Grant/Motlow SIA

There are two grants that have been combine to form this project/grant (2015 Multimodal Access Grant and SIA Grant)

Objective 1

• Creation of new sidewalk extending from Mauzy St. to Security Circle.

Objective 2

• Extend Magness Dr. out to Hwy 70S next to Pacesetters building

Objective 3

• Reconfigure Sparta St. between mall entrance and existing/merge with Hwy 70S

Objective 4

• New crosswalk to Magness Dr.

Objective 5

• Add new sidewalk along Magness Dr.

Objective 6

• Extend sidewalks to Hampton Inn/Champion Chevrolet

Budget Overview

• Between the two merged grants, the total amount of grant award is $6,272,767 with the City of McMinnville matching $572,767 (9%)
