Potential Development: Rezoning and Subdivision
The community is growing and with that comes more housing. This proposal is to rezone a sixteen acre property to R3 High Density Residential and subdivide into potenially fifty-nine (59) lots ranging from 6,000 to 7,500 square feet for single-family dwellings.
As these types of developments affect the area and the City, we will be asking the community for their comments, concerns, and opinions.
