Meet the Candidates Public Forum

Meet the candidates for Montpelier’s City Manager at a public forum this Monday, December 15th. Candidates Eric Duffy, Kelly McNicholas Kury, and Kelcey Young will be concluding a day of events on-site in Montpelier with a public forum upstairs in the Activity Room of the Montpelier Senior Activity Center. Throughout the day leading up to the forum, the candidates will be meeting with city employees, department leaders, and touring the city and city facilities.

“This is an opportunity for members of our community to meet the finalists, ask questions, and share their thoughts with the Council ahead of what will be an important decision for the future leadership of our City,” stated Montpelier Mayor Jack McCullough. “We’re looking forward to getting one step closer to welcoming our next City Manager.”

Ian Coyle of Pracademic Partners, the consultant organizing the city manager search, will be facilitating the forum and taking questions from members of the public both online and in person.
