City Commission Approves the Final PUD for Windward Pointe

At their Tuesday, November 14th regular meeting, the Muskegon City Commission approved the final Planned Unit Development (PUD). The 120+ acre property is located at 2400 and 2850 Lakeshore Drive and is slated to contain a mixed use development with residential and commercial uses.
