October 8, 2024, City Commission Meeting Short-Term Rental (STR) Recap

The City Commission:

• Approved an extension to the STR moratorium until the ordinance’s effective date.
• Approved updates to the Short-Term Rental Ordinance and definition. The votes were not unanimous, and second readings are required. The second readings are scheduled for the October 22, 2024, City Commission meeting.
