Strategic Plan Moves to the Next Step

Strategic Planning

Over the past few months, the city has been working on a new Strategic Community Plan to help guide decisions, investments, and priorities for the years ahead.

On Monday, October 12, the project consultant will present an update to the City Commission and work with Commissioners to prioritize initiatives that will help achieve our four-year community vision. This discussion will help guide future budgeting and capital planning.

You can still get involved! In-person engagement has wrapped up, but you can attend or tune into the October 12 City Commission Worksession, or share your thoughts through the public survey, which is still open.
