Construction Progress Update

4/29/2025 Construction Update: Construction got off to an early start on Southern. Terra started removing pavement on the east end, from Seaway to the tracks near Henry. In this section, water services have been replaced, new fire hydrants installed, and storm sewer work completed. On Monday, 4/21, crews began removals from Henry to Division. Water services and storm sewer work will take place this week. Sanitary spot repairs will take place in this section next week, along with underground work within the Division intersection. Afterwards, crews will continue moving west and work in the Division to Hudson section. Work is progressing satisfactorily and is right on schedule.
