Technical updates made to Purchase Agreement

At the August 11th city commission meeting, technical revisions were adopted to the City Acquired Property Purchase Agreement. These changes were necessary to satisfy notice of property transfer requirements between the current property owner, West Michigan Dock & Market Corp (WMD), DTE and EGLE. The updates to the City Acquired Property Purchase Agreement did not make any changes to the overall terms of the Development Agreement previously approved by the commission.
