Regional Action Plan Community Survey 2026-2030
The City of Muskegon, City of Norton Shores, and City of Muskegon Heights are working together to update their 5-Year Plan for federal funding that supports residents and neighborhoods across all three communities.

Western Ave In-Person Presentation
The City of Muskegon is preparing for a resurfacing project along Western Avenue and nearby streets, starting this fall and continuing into 2026. This is a resurfacing-only project designed to improve road quality while keeping access open for downtown businesses, residents, and visitors.
