The applicant proposes: Install pier system to provide public access and short-term staging/queueing of boats for upland dry rack storage buildings located at Adelaide Point. Construction of three floating finger docks each measuring 40 linear feet by 8 feet wide and each having a gangway measuring 15 linear feet (5 additional feet to overtop dock) by 6 feet wide. Construction of a “L” shaped floating dock measuring 120 linear feet by 8 feet wide and 120 linear feet by 8 feet wide with a gangway measuring 15 linear feet (5 additional feet to overtop dock) by 6 feet wide. Installation of eleven 12- inch diameter guide piles and sixteen 3-inch spud piles. Total impact to Muskegon Lake is 3,252 square feet (0.07 acres).
