First Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee Meeting Recap

From Parks & Recreation Director Kyle Karczewski, "We had our first Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee meeting on 11/15/2023. Committee members held introductions and explained why they are passionate about Parks & Recreation. We then discussed our funding schedule as it pertains to ARPA, and how those funds are allocated.

The majority of time was spent on identifying the biggest park issues through a presentation by the Parks & Recreation Director. We agreed to research restoring steps for Kruse Park beach access as well as master plan a select few parks which will be TBD."
