Questions & Answers Available and Rezoning for Mart Dock Scheduled

We have a few important updates to share regarding the Water, Ports, and Parks projects:

1. Mart Dock Rezoning

• At the combined City Commission Worksession and Regular Session on Monday, November 10, 2025, the Commission is expected to consider an agenda item related to the rezoning of Mart Dock. The full agenda and packet will be available here.

2. Q&A Follow-Up Now Available

• Thank you for your patience as we compiled responses to all questions submitted during the recent public Q&A session, through online comment forms, and via email. A complete Q&A Response Document (PDF) is now available on the Connect Muskegon project page.

3. Q&A Session Recording

• Our communications team attempted to record the Q&A session held at Muskegon High School. Unfortunately, a technical issue interrupted the recording midway. The first half of the session is available below and on the Connect Muskegon project page, and the remaining questions and answers have been recreated using an AI voice narration. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we continue improving our video technology for future events.

4. Development Agreement Update

• At this time, the development agreement between the city and Mart Dock is still expected to appear on the November 25, 2025 City Commission meeting agenda for discussion.
