Today, the asphalt base is going down between Division and Franklin. Crews continue to work on underground utilities up the hill. Monday (8/4) the watermain will be turned off for work within Barclay.
A problem with the 24 inch watermain was discovered near Montgomery. While a solution is still be discussed, it should only delay the project by about a week. Watch for work within this area in the coming weeks. Over the next couple weeks, crews will be working within Davis, Montgomery and Palmer. And that should finish all the underground work.
