
The Town is holding a series of listening sessions on the draft Master Plan Implementation Plan.
These focused, small-group discussions are a chance to give direct feedback on a set of pre-selected recommendations before they are finalized.
Community Engagement
WHEN & WHERE
- Tuesday, August 25 - Remote (via Zoom)
- Wednesday, August 26 - In person at the meeting trailer, 131 Pleasant Street
Each day follows the same schedule, with six one-hour sessions organized by topic area. You may attend ONE session per day:
- Session 1: 10:00-11:00 - Natural Systems
- Session 2: 11:30-12:30 - Community Systems
- Session 3: 1:15-2:15 - Built Systems
- Session 4: 2:30-3:30 - Natural Systems
- Session 5: 4:00-5:00 - Community Systems
- Session 6: 5:30-6:30 - Built Systems
WHAT EACH TOPIC COVERS
Natural Systems: wetlands and water resources, habitat, open space and recreation, sustainability, and climate resilience
Community Systems: housing, historic preservation, economic development, and community health
Built Systems: land use, traffic and circulation, and public facilities/services
Space is limited to 12 participants per session, so early registration is encouraged.

- Your name and contact information
- Which date you'd like to attend (Aug 25 remote or Aug 26 in-person)
- Which one session/topic area you'd like to attend that day
- Registration deadline: Friday, August 21.
