Project Update #3 - September 17, 2025

An update was provided to the Select Board on temporary parking lot improvements and workflow changes implemented ahead of the summer season.

Project Manager Kevin Manual provided an update to the Selectboard during their September 17 meeting. He reviewed the temporary improvements implemented across the parking lots within the project scope ahead of the summer season and reported on the effectiveness of these short‑term measures. (AIS and temporary workflow changes for 2FG and Jetties Beach are attached.)
