A fiscally constrained listing of federal and state funded regional transportation planning activities for the upcoming year.
This federally required programming document is updated annually, and includes all administrative, data collection, analytical, planning, and implementation activities for the year. These activities must align with federal, state, and local vision, goals, and priorities.

Draft FFY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
The Nantucket Planning and Economic Development Commission (NP&EDC) will initiate a 21-day public review of the draft FFY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) beginning June 1, 2026 and concluding on June 22, 2026.
The UPWP describes the scope of work and estimates costs for the transportation planning activities undertaken by the NP&EDC from October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027. The UPWP outlines Nantucket’s transportation planning objectives and describes how these objectives will be met.

FFY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Survey
The NP&EDC will open a 21-day public review of the draft FFY 2026 UPWP from May 23 to June 23, 2025. A public meeting to gather input will be held on June 23 at 5 PM via Zoom.
