As of Thursday May 21, all structures originally located at 41 Jefferson Avenue have been moved/relocated to their new properties at 158 Madaket and 159 Hummock Pond Road.
Thanks to the collaborative work between the Nantucket Affordable Housing Trust, Nantucket Land Bank, Vertex Co, JJ Cardosi, SMRT and Barrett's Enterprises, we were able to successfully relocate five separate structures to their new properties where they will be renovated and made available for housing within the next year.
Over the next few months, the structures will be set into place on foundation, and renovation work will begin to prepare the houses for occupancy.
