Phase 1 Water Main - Installation Complete

The installation for Phase 1 of the Surfside ’25 project is completed. Phase 1 included the installation of water mains and service stubs for Monohansett Rd, Webster Rd, Skyline Drive, Okorwaw Ave, Lovers Lane, Nobadeer Way and Tom’s Way. Approximately three miles of new water main was installed. A total of 122 water services were placed on the property lines for residents to connect to clean drinking water. ** The Town is in the clean-up stage of the Phase. All roads are scheduled to be temporarily asphalt patched by the end of the May 2024 with final paving taking place in fall 2024.**
