Plan Schedule

Community engagement will take place throughout the planning process. Each phase will have a different purpose, and the process will be iterative, checking back in to ensure that stakeholders have been heard correctly, evaluating the process, and identifying who may be missing at each stage along the way. By necessity, phases will overlap to some degree. The chart tentatively outlines the project schedule and community engagement efforts, corresponding to different stages in the project, that will guide the HPP. The consulting team is contracted up to September 4, 2026, but aims to complete the project by the end of July 2026. The schedule is subject to change.
