2019 - The Town of Nantucket and the Affordable Housing Trust jointly acquired 7 Amelia Drive using Community Preservation Committee funds to support future affordable housing development.
Waitt Drive Construction
June 2021 - The Town constructed Waitt Drive, using a portion of the 7 Amelia Drive property to improve access and infrastructure in the area.
7 Amelia Drive Affordable Housing RFP
October 4, 2024 - Finance Department issued an RFP to develop and manage up to three year-round, permanently restricted affordable housing units on a portion of the 7 Amelia Drive site.
