The City of Nixa is developing a new Strategic Plan to guide how we grow, invest, and serve our community over the coming years. This plan will outline priorities and goals across key areas like public safety, infrastructure, parks, housing, and economic development — and it starts with you.

Resident Leadership at the Core

A dedicated Strategic Plan Advisory Committee, made up of Nixa residents, has been formed to help shape the plan. This committee is working closely with City staff to review data, assess community needs, and propose long-term goals and strategies.
